OUR MISSION is to bring awareness about the struggles that professional
immigrants endure to be professionally recognized in the U.S.

INDIA
- Reduce the roadblocks for aspiring workers to meet state-specific educational, training, testing and other requirements to practice in a licensed profession.
- First, work at grass root levels to bring awareness of our situation and the consequences suffered.
- Create incentives promoting American firms to hire us benefiting the immigrant, the firm, and the U.S.
- The forgone taxes cause immense financial consequences and is not boosting the country's economy.
- Many firms do not hire immigrant professionals because they underestimate our education level.
- This situation opposes U.S. idea of leading diversity and inclusion in the word by braking down barriers.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER THE FINANCIAL CONSEQUENCES THE "BRAIN WASTE" HAVE CAUSES TO THE US (10.2 BILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR) IN FORGONE TAXES.
IN 2021, AN ESTIMATE OF 21% (Batalova and Fix) OF HIGHLY EDUCATED SKILLED IMMIGRANTS (HSI) ARE UNDEREMPLOYED WORKING IN POSITIONS THEY ARE OVERQUALIFIED FOR.

HISTORY
The United States is a country of immigrants since 1565 when SPANISH Pioneers came followed by the ENGLISHsettlers in 1620. The Spanish lived south of the U.S. until they were incorporated and his inhabitants were given the U.S. citizenship. After Mexico lost 54% of its pre-1836 territory in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.
